Mentor Match Kenya is an online platform that connects women graduates with women professionals across the world to provide mentorship, peer learning, and ongoing support as they pursue different careers in STEM. Our goal is to equip women STEM graduates with the skills, tools, resources, and networks they need to succeed in their careers.

We believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances and this can be achieved through our global pool of mentors.
Our programs are designed to provide women STEM graduates with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed in life. From academic support to job training, we offer a range of programs that are tailored to meet the needs of our youth. We also have a community on Discord to enable peer to peer networking and learning opportunities.
